Senior Manager or Associate Director of Outsourced Accounting & Finance Services

As the Senior Manager or Associate Director of Outsourced Accounting & Finance Services, you will be managing the accounting and finance processes for clients and developing more junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, prepare and review financial statements for clients
• Maintain communication with clients and provide continual updates
• Act as a business advisor to current and prospective clients
• Review management report packages
• Oversee and develop team members

Qualifications:

• 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting firms and industry
• CPA preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
• Previous management experience
• Desire, ability, and experience with client development

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
