Hey there! Looking for a great new opportunity in the exciting world of event management? HERE Technologies is looking for an Event Manager extraordinaire to join our team in the AMERICAS region. If you're all about planning and executing exceptional B2B marketing events, this could be your perfect gig!

• Get in on the action by planning, promoting, and pulling off awesome events in the AMERICAS region.
• Aligning with our central Marketing, AMERICAS Field Marketing crew, and Regional Sales and Partner teams to drum up leads and opportunities.
• You'll be mingling with different departments, like sales, strategic marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, and digital marketing—so get ready to make a difference!

What will you do?

• Take the reins on planning and executing regional events, from conferences to webinars to face-to-face meet-ups, all in line with our marketing game plan and budgets.
• Cook up event objectives, themes, and messages with our cross-functional dream team.
• Work your magic to boost lead generation and create opportunities among our target audience.
• Sort out the nitty-gritty details, like finding the perfect venue, arranging catering, and making sure the AV setup is on point.
• Keep an eye on the cash flow, managing event budgets like a pro and making sure we're getting the most bang for our buck.
• Get your negotiating hat on to snag sweet deals with vendors and suppliers.
• Keep everyone on track with super-detailed event timelines.
• Brainstorm with the Marketing team to come up with innovative event promo strategies.
• After the dust settles, crunch the numbers and see how our events stacked up in terms of ROI—then figure out how we can do even better next time.

Who are you?

You have a solid foundation in event marketing strategies. You can work with the Field Marketing team, HQ resources, and Sales to develop and implement best-in-class events.

• At least 8 years of crushing it in the B2B events world.
• Experience in pulling off top-notch event marketing plans, whether in-person or virtual.
• A knack for juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines like a pro.
• The ability to analyze how our events are impacting our marketing pipeline.
• Comfortable navigating a matrixed organization—whether you're in the office or working remotely.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• A creative spark and a knack for thinking outside the box.
• Ability to travel 30-40%
