Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the Memphis facility operations. Repairs and maintenance, production equipment maintenance, freezer maintenance, safety, space planning, project management, budget control and responsibility, capital projects planning, Exterior grounds maintenance, and working with site leader to complete projects that are assigned by that person. 

Required Skills / Capabilities

  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Self starter and team player
  • Experience executing capital projects and working with architects and contractors
  • Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and electrical equipment and systems
  • Schedule work and complete on schedule agreeable with site leader
  • Supervise direct report technician
  • Diligent in keeping preventative maintenance of equipment up to date
  • Experience with industrial water and compressed air system. 
  • Experience with life/safety system operation and service

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management preferred
  • 12+ years of experience
  • Ability to use AutoCad, Visio, Excel, Word, and Outlook

Travel and/or Physical Requirements

  • Able to walk for long periods of time around a 100,000 sf facility
  • Ability to climb ladders to access the roof
  • Night and weekends will be required as needed for emergency response
