About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy professional to join our growing Marketing Operations team. You will be responsible for the execution that enables the marketing team to be more effective through marketing automation technology. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver the right messages to the right contacts at the right time via the right communication channels. There will be an emphasis on supporting omni-channel marketing campaigns through our existing technologies and agencies with the opportunity to work with new tools to help our team function better.

The Marketing Automation Manager plays an important role in executing our global marketing plans. In collaboration with our stakeholders and business peers, you will maximize awareness, demand, acquisition, engagement, and retention by executing best practices in campaign services. The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience with industry leading marketing automation systems, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua, as well as a strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other leading marketing technologies.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing ecosystem to execute audience-first programs using data-driven best practices, such as A/B testing, personalization, progressive profiling, segmentation techniques, etc. This is an opportunity to be a critical contributor to achieving global, team-wide goals to drive stronger engagement with our audiences. The ideal candidate is service oriented, able to effectively manage a high-volume of requests under pressure, motivated by results and data, and has a positive, growth mindset and creative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns, providing insights and suggestions for tactic and channel optimization
  • Provide support with marketing database management activities, including loading business leads into the database, ensuring data quality and successful synchronization with other systems
  • Ensure the health of the integration between the marketing automation platform and Salesforce CRM
  • Manage intake campaign service requests and ensuring campaign quality and service levels
  • Drive digital marketing best practices, including usability, design/copywriting, privacy, and compliance policies
  • Process campaign requests across all marketing functions to activate tactics/programs, create campaign codes, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy of copy for emails, landing pages, and other marketing assets
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure leads are being generated accurately
  • Deliver service requests on time according to published service-level agreements
  • Communicate to stakeholders on best practices, status updates, delays, etc.
  • Support daily marketing efforts from emails to website form captures and everything in between
  • Follow development, testing, and other processes as defined to deliver effective marketing campaigns
  • Enable stakeholders on processes and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with industry-leading marketing automation platforms (HubSpot is preferred) and Salesforce CRM
  • Solid experience with implementing campaigns in marketing automation platforms (landing pages, emails, workflows, etc.)
  • Proven experience with marketing database management, lead management, and integrations of marketing/CRM platforms
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Mastery of English – speaking, reading, and writing
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong team player with a collaborative nature to develop effective working relationships across the organization
  • Must be approachable and service oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, highly-changing environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

It would be great if you also have:

  • B2B marketing experience
  • Familiarity with other marketing technologies used for demand generation
  • Experience tracking campaigns and working in Adobe Analytics
  • Hubspot certifications
