What You Will Do:

Build data processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, and dependency across modern Developer tools used for Planning, CI/CD and Cloud Foundry.

Advise and lead data integration efforts with Data Management Platforms (e.g. Adobe Audience Manager) and Customer Data Platforms (AEP, Tealium Audience Stream).

Implement & maintain Adobe.io, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Launch, GTM, and/or Tealium IQ / Audience Stream.

Integrate additional systems and build out the Marketing Data stack.

Work with clients and within agile development teams to ensure feature builds are tracked in accordance with business objectives.

Collect and transform unstructured data into actionable insight (ETL, Machine learning, stat tool, math).

Identifying data sources, Building data mappings, and transformational logic between systems to enable migrations of data.

Evaluate and audit data quality of systems.

Proven ability to work with varied data infrastructures - including relational databases, Hadoop, column stores, NoSQL databases, and file-based storage solutions.

Establish relationships with key business partners/Points of Contact to accelerate issues fix.

Requirements

Must have passion for transforming data into meaningful insights and opportunities.

1-2 years of Experience Implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as AEP, Tealium Audience Stream, ActionIQ, AgilOne, Segment.io, etc.

Experience in leading Adobe Analytics implementations across Web, mobile and apps.

Evangelize best-practice approaches for implementation of Adobe Analytics.

Must have experience with DMP (Data Management Platform) like Oracle Blue Kai or any other DMP platforms like Adobe Audience Manager.

Ability to independently manage analytic projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and work in a very fast-paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like product owners, technologies teams and marketing partners.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Hybrid Work Model:

Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our team members to spend 3 days per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office or at the client site. You'll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.

Travel : Our goal is to keep out-of-market travel to a minimum and most projects do not require significant travel. While certain projects can require frequent travel (up to 80% for a period of time), our average travel percentage over a year for team members is typically between 10-30%. We try to take a personal approach to travel. You will submit your travel preferences which our staffing teams will take into account when aligning you to a role.
