This role is ONSITE

Position Summary:

Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life for entire North American Market. Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s life-cycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s). Coordinates communication with Korean HQ to link communications with key departments within LGE US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

Builder sales tracking and management

Communications with HQ on product/business related issues

Prioritize the implementation of new features and set timelines

Monitor and report on users' reactions post launch

Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and messaging

Lead the development and implementation of product lineup / channel / sales strategies for monitors

Supports and oversees all new product launch activities that contribute to the achievement of new product target volume and profit objectives.

Collaborates with sales teams and customers to understand customer retailer strategies and challenges, and in general to provide the marketing support needed for successful selling

Update weekly PSI based on each channel forecast and promotional updates

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 5+ years Experience in sales, product management, strategic marketing roles for a product or technology in consumer electronics required
  • Has worked successfully in a global, complex, matrixed environment
  • Ability to build strong work relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ Power Point
