We’re looking for a detail-oriented Order Desk Analyst to join our Finance Organization. This role will be responsible for accurately moving sales data between systems. This position will be a critical cog to our sales process to ensure a smooth hand-off between sales and finance. It will be heavily focused on working cross functionally with clear communication between multiple departments. This individual contributor role will be a true partner to multiple areas within the business.

What you'll do:

  • Review and process orders in Salesforce and NetSuite accurately.
  • Review data fields in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy. 
  • Perform provisioning activities following booking to ensure customers are accurately licensed.
  • Have a good understanding of Alation products and processes in order to support business partners.
  • Respond quickly to various stakeholders’ questions on orders and provisioning.
  • Identifies and participates in executing process improvements. 

You should have:

  • Prior experience in order processing and provisioning.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM modules.
  • Possess the ability to multitask in stressful situations.
  • Experience with process and systems improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts is a must, ability to work alongside US accounting team.
  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • 3- 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience at a software company.
