We also require you to include a cover letter to tell us why you are interested in this position and a law school transcript (or the equivalent). Candidates for lawyer opportunities in the U.S. must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.

Compensation for this role will be top-of-market, with an annualized salary range of $235,000 to $310,000, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus, consistent with market practice. In addition, this position will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.

To apply, please complete the online application, attaching a resume, cover letter, and law school transcript addressed to: Kasey Fenn, 1601 Wewatta Street, Suite 900, Denver, CO 80202.
