Role Description
The Experience Metrics (XM) team is looking for an experienced quantitative researcher to drive the delivery of our in-product survey program, a key research initiative with strategic importance for stakeholders across the business, including Leadership, Product and Strategy.
As a Lead Quantitative Researcher within the XM (Experience Metrics) team, you work closely with a diverse group of research, product and tech colleagues to develop and deliver a complex in-product customer experience measurement program, building the analysis roadmap, governance and reporting strategy to create product impact. You also lead the charge in building key stakeholder relationships and socializing the program and resulting insights, leveraging these relationships to drive business impact, spot opportunities, and evolve the program strategy and governance.
In addition to your work on the in-product survey program, you are responsible for developing and evangelizing the use of logs analytics as a new capability within the XM team and broader Research craft, helping the business better understand the relationship between in-product touchpoints and customer attitudes and commercial behavior, to inform product development. Experienced in using data to help stakeholders better understand foundational truths about users, you will autonomously define opportunities by identifying the next questions, and sharing your vision to get others to come along.
As Quantitative Research Lead, you are adept at working with large datasets from a variety of sources, querying databases, building data tables, and drawing from an extensive statistical toolbox to analyze your data. You are experienced at working with a product team, including product managers, designers and engineers, to realize a shared vision.
You are an empathetic collaborator, both experienced in and enthusiastic about mentoring other researchers. You are an experienced communicator who enjoys both sharing your own specialized knowledge and learning from others.
