2nd Level Operations Lead

We are now looking for a Second Level Operations Lead. This job role will be responsible for the coordination, support, management, execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that service provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

What you will do 

  • Lead a team with 7-10 members, handle escalation, assign tasks and be involved in advanced level troubleshooting, guide team as per business demand.
  • Perform day to day operational activities of CRM, Billing systems and provisioning.
  • Handle Incident, problem, change and other ITSM related process management.
  • Able to work for customer and 3PP management.
  • Perform Handover, UAT for new deployment
  • Work with Multiple domains.
  • Provide stakeholder service/feedback on daily manner
  • Carry on call 24/7 and handle incident end to end
  • Able to manage SOX control Artifacts

You will bring 

  • Education: Bachelor level, in engineering (Computer, Electrical, IT, Telecom) 
  • Minimum Years of experience: 5-6 years’ of experience on BSS domain or in telecom area.
  • Experience on Managed service would be an advantage
  • Experience of maintenance and operational work would be preferred.
