GoodRx is America’s healthcare marketplace. Each month, millions of people visit goodrx.com to find reliable health information and discounts for their healthcare — and we’ve helped people save $60 billion since 2011. We provide prescription discounts that are accepted at more than 70,000 pharmacies in the U.S., as well as telehealth services including doctor visits and lab tests. Our services have been positively reviewed by Good Morning America, The New York Times, NBC News, AARP, and many others.

Our goal is to help Americans find convenient and affordable healthcare. We offer solutions for consumers, employers, health plans, and anyone else who shares our desire to provide affordable prescriptions to all Americans.

What you’ll do:

  • Thrive in an evolving, dynamic environment where priorities and strategies may shift.
  • Partner with our B2B team to provide effective and strategic designs to support 360 campaigns tailored to our specific audiences. This work spans tradeshow, print, CRM, landing pages, display, audio, video, and social.
  • Evaluate creative performance and develop smart designs that address ongoing insights and findings.
  • Build relationships and serve as a thought partner to stakeholders, preparing alternate versions as appropriate to streamline reviews and clearly convey best recommendations.
  • Present work to stakeholders at all levels of management, detailing design rationale and working through feedback in real-time.
  • Concept, iterate, and execute key campaigns across the customer journey (onboarding, engagement, reactivation) that drive better audience understanding of GoodRx offerings and solutions.
  • Partner with our product design team to ensure marketing and product communications share a unified, seamless brand look and feel.
  • Proactively manage workload; identify and communicate roadblocks to delivery.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4-year degree in visual design, communications or marketing (or the equivalent in years of experience)
  • 8+ years of design experience, preferably within the tech space at an agency or client-side creative team
  • A portfolio demonstrating diversity of ideas, problem solving and proven experience building end-to-end 360 campaigns with a deep command of channel marketing and segmentation best practices
  • Expert level experience working in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working on product launches
  • Optimism and excitement for great work, a love for the next big challenge, and a passion for business impact
  • Strong client interface skills with an active point-of-view towards brand messaging, applying that vision to communications
  • Exceptional communication, variations on styles, and awareness of different ways to communicate with audiences
  • Highly productive and resourceful with the ability to execute on multiple projects, sometimes with limited direction and often ambiguous challenges.
  • Proactive and engaged collaborator who takes ownership of their work, while helping to develop better processes for continuous improvement
  • Experience sourcing and adapting stock photography
  • Experience working in Asana a plus
