Our customer base continues to expand, which is leading to a growing demand to integrate our products into customers’ equipment and infrastructure as well as extending the products with customer-specific functionality. Consequently, we have continued to grow our Bespoke software development team in Aarhus, Denmark, and the time has now come to split the team into two independent teams.
Both teams will continue to be part of our Defence Services organisation and operate in an international environment with customers around the world. Working alongside the current Defence Services organisation, the teams will be responsible for developing customer-specific extensions and functionality for the SitaWare and IRIS product suites using the APIs exposed by the products.
Leadership, software development and stakeholder engagement
You will build, lead and develop a high-performance software development team which is responsible for customer-specific extensions to the Systematic SitaWare and IRIS product suites. Once fully established, the team will comprise yourself and up to ten Software Developers as well as Architects and Test Engineers.
Additional responsibilities:
You should expect occasional travel to participate in customer visits in different parts of world.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to establish a high-performance team of up to ten people and lead the development of customer-specific product extensions. To succeed in this role, you require an IT-related Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience from working in project management and leadership roles combined with a focus on software project management.
