We are looking for QA Engineer - Traction Motor & Railway Gearbox

You’ll make a difference by

• Study the component drawings & manufacturing processes and prepare inspection & control plan.
• Carry out hands-on inspection of part, component, sub-assembly and decide on conformance at incoming, in process and final (pre-dispatch) stage.
• In case of deviation, prepare a deviation report and involve concerned authorities for decision on deviation.
• Analyze monthly deviation, plan and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in in-house and supplier process & quality improvement.
• Carry out source inspection of components and parts as per inspection and control plan i.e. at the end of supplier.
• Operate Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM), Manual inspection instruments e.g. Vernier calipers, micrometer screw gauge etc.
• Carry out internal process and product audit for verifying compliance to standards.

Desired Skills:

• Qualification: Diploma Mechanical / Production with 0-2years of experience (an intelligent & competent fresher will be preferred).
