Title: Senior Policy Associate, State Partnerships

Position Summary:
The Senior Policy Associate, State Partnerships works with policy division staff and other divisions to help develop the Institute’s partnerships with state advocates throughout the U.S. in support of strong SRHR state policies and deepened relationships. This position’s success relies upon superior collaboration skills to create cohesive, strategic partnerships in line with the Institute’s short- and long-term goals. The division is currently rebuilding and reshaping its approach to equitable collaborations, and this position will have the opportunity to work with others in advancing the division’s vision for strategic impact, collaboration and equity as it applies to state policies and state coalitions in particular. This position does not include any formal supervisory responsibility.

Salary and benefits
Salary starting at $95,044 to $147,307, commensurate with experience.
