Securitas Security Services is looking to hire multiple security officers to work with our well-known, pharmaceutical manufacturer in Andover, MA.

Ideal candidates would be able to work 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm. Our Security Officers work closely with our clients and client staff. The right candidate for this highly rewarding job will be professional, motivated, and ready to learn! The position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by: Actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’ s employees and customers Requires excellent customer service skills, critical thinking with the ability to intervene and deescalate To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate professionalism while still enforcing the security and safety rules of the client site they are protecting.
