Overview
As a senior performance engineer at Stratus you will be an integral part of a world-class engineering team reporting to the Director of Software Engineering. You will be working with new and existing edge and data center products across the Stratus portfolio to ensure the development team meets all performance related metrics and ensure optimal performance.

The role is hybrid remote/on-site requiring 2-day/week on-site presence at Stratus’ Maynard, Massachusetts facility. More on-site time may be required for some tasks or changes to Stratus’ policies.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in Maynard, Massachusetts is $110,000 – 152,000; the pay ultimately offered within the expected range may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
