Job Description

Role: Client Solutions Partner (Financial Services and Insurance)

Experience: 8 to 20 Years

Work location: Hybrid (Mumbai or Bangalore or Trivandrum)

What you’ll do:

As a Client Solutions Partner, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with prospective clients. You will leverage your industry knowledge, consultative selling skills, and a deep understanding of our AI, Data & Platform services portfolio to build strong relationships with clients and drive successful outcomes. You will work closely with our cross-functional teamsto ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. This is a challenging and rewarding role for an individual passionate about the state-of-the-art technologies & trends in the market and their potential to revolutionize businesses.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by proactively prospecting and engaging with potential clients in various industries.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities, and effectively manage the sale process from lead generation to closure.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives, and effectively articulate how Quantiphi’s portfolio of services & products can address their challenges and deliver value.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that showcase the benefits and capabilities of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and project managers, to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within client organizations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services and differentiate our value proposition.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to sales leadership.
  • Lead, mentor & ramp up the team of sales engineers working under your guidance and enable a high-functioning global team
  • Build & support effective sales strategies based on the growing trends in the market.
  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs Drive deal profitability and act as an anchor for growing the business unit’s revenue in accordance with the target.
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required

Skills/Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of 10+ years in driving sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Data and Analytics space specializing in Financial Services and Insurance.
  • Direct experience selling to clients in the US and India.
  • Knowledge of Banking/Insurance industry business models and regulatory landscape Familiarity and fluency with a broad range of FSI business flows and automation using Data and AI.
  • Demonstrable ability to professionally communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization,including executive and C-level.
  • Demonstrable experience in technical sales and solutions based on customer needs, especially in the areas of cloud, data, and artificial intelligence (must have).
  • Excellent listening, communication (written and verbal), and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating contracts.
  • Experience forecasting and tracking sales lifecycle and metrics.
  • Ability to travel to client locations or industry events depending on the requirements (US and/or Canadian Visa a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills including maintenance of client selling activity in enterprise CRM systems.
