Danone Specialized Nutrition Thailand is seeking for Finance Support Manager – Global Planning System (GPS) & Business planning. 1. Rolling Forecast and Management Reporting for total Country - (40%)

• Own, Lead, challenge and build Company P&L & Cash flow by working together with the Senior Business Finance Managers to produce monthly robust rolling forecast.
• Submission to Regional on Requested Indicators & reports.
• Understanding, summarize and highlight key drivers/assumptions for Topline and profitability in P&L.

2. Ensure true and fair financial reporting and satisfactory internal control is present- (20%)

• Working together with the Commercial Finance Managers to ensure smooth closing process and accurate financial reporting. 
• Coordinator for overall Internal Control matters for the business unit. 

3. Business / Financial Simulations - (20%)

• Ownership on assigned portfolio to ensure topline growth and sustainable profitability.
• Work cross functionally to support on Business Finance Simulations.

4. Finance Projects (20%)

• Working with project lead to ensure delivery of the projects.
• Value creation model (Productivity, budget allocation and Cost Savings Project).
• Process improvement.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, Corporate finance or Business administration.
• Total 5 years experiences from finance background. 
• 2 years experiences in the financial analysis/budgeting/planning with an international Good English a pre-requisite.
• Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• High level of inter-personal skill, strong influencing ability and drive to win multi-functional collaboration.
• High level of logical thinking process, commercial & Business acumen.
• Good skills in communication and presentation, time management, prioritizing and delegating work, teamwork, problem solving and decision-making.
• Ability to meet deadlines, plan and organize resources to ensure compliance.
• Analytical thinking, Challenging and judgment with business mind. 
• IT skill such as SAP, BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
