What You’ll Do:

The Associate Marketing Manager for CRM will support the development and execution of CRM programs across our portfolio of brands, driving traffic and sales at our retail stores and building awareness and demand for our brands and products. This role will report to the regional Marketing Manager – Content.

  • Manage and upkeep the email content and channel (email, SMS, etc.) deployment calendars
  • Lead quarterly content and promotional discovery workshops with key stakeholders
  • Lead weekly content and promotional standup meetings with retail marketing and Studio stakeholders
  • Create and manage the end-to-end workflow of each market's Studio briefs
  • Develop and recommend content headlines for each campaign, both businesses as usual (BAU) and lifecycle campaigns
  • Curating and creating CRM content and copy for push communications and campaigns
  • Input on creative direction for each communication
  • Support with a/b and multi-variant testing by bringing ideas and tracking content performance
  • Liaison between CRM, Creative, and Regional Marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws

What You’ll Bring:

  • An associate degree or higher in business, marketing, Creative, PR
  • Natural collaboration skills and service orientation
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Thrives working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in content and creative writing
  • Excellent in managing multiple projects with tight deliverables
  • Ability to think strategically and out-of-the-box
  • Strong understanding of writing content for email marketing and SMS best practices
  • Have a sense of curiosity and bravery
  • Be persuasive when needed
  • Have an eye for design and creative
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
