As the Senior Manager Digital Merchandising, you will play an important role as part of Tencent Games’ Strategic Partners leadership team, reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Partners – Console/PC.
Overview:
Our Strategic Partners team is looking for an experienced Senior Manager Digital Merchandising to drive our e-commerce, storefront and CRM strategy for games, updates, and other content across all PC and Console platforms. You will work with teams across Level Infinite, Tencent IEG Global (Production, Operations, Marketing, Comms), and our external development studios to oversee and coordinate game assets spanning early access, launch and post-launch content. You will act as a primary point of contact for platform-specific promotions, events and showcases and an expert on what makes their audiences tick. You will also work with first party partners to coordinate the setup of products and help inform our global pricing strategy, discounting and lifecycle management. We are looking for someone who can apply significant experience within the Games as a Service sector to define, guide, and create team processes, pipelines, and deliveries.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $99,600 to $182,260 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.

Employees are also able eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) plan, accrue from 15 up to 25 days of vacation leave per year, up to 10 paid holidays per year, 2 floating holidays and accrue up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits eligibility requirement will be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
