POSITION OVERVIEW: BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSABILITIES

  • Works in close collaboration with leaders and key stakeholders across the market with the responsibility to lead the short-term delivery and long-term growth ambition of the business. Understands and leverages emerging trends, competitor strategies and potential disruptors, defining the potential impact on our business and providing clear strategic choices/recommendations.
  • Afford operational leadership to all compliance programs in collaboration with the Country Compliance Committee and Country Leadership Team, consistent with our Global and Regional Practices.
  • Builds capabilities and ensure excellence in our business operations across Business Practices Operations, Learning and Development, Alliance, Trade/Channel/GtN, Digital/Data/Analytics, KAM, End-to-End management etc.
  • Transforms digital, data, & analytics to an integrated organization that drives strategic decisions with data to ensure that we reach our customers and advance our innovations to customers and patients.
  • Drive the implementation of the pricing, Gross to Net and channel strategy for the portfolio.
  • Drive change and transformation across BUs to rapidly identify and adopt new capabilities and technology.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Business Practice Management

  • Develop awareness of our Company's Values and Standards, Corporate Policies and Compliance Policies, SOPS, and Guidance.
  • Lead and oversight the implementation of evolving our compliance frameworks for local business organizations in collaboration with Legal & Compliance (Policies, SOPS, and Guidance); the implementation and operation of tracking /monitoring systems (e.g. Pulse, ABC, Hiperos); the facilitation and coordination of the Country Grants and Donations Committee; Commercial Operations guidance of EFPIA and other relevant and changing local pharma promotional codes.
  • Manage consistent and effective compliance standards in the organization, all business-related policies, and procedures that include compliance controls (excluding policies owned by Finance or HR), and guidance of Business Stakeholders on queries relating to the local Code of Practice, Policies, and Healthcare Professional (HCP) interactions.
  • Manage implementation of changes, conduct review sessions with stakeholders, communicate & train (or support training by subject matter experts) on new and revised policies, processes, and procedures, document training and ensure attendance sheets for training are tracked and stored appropriately, supporting internal investigations as needed (Compliance Issue Visibility and Response, local investigations into alleged Compliance breaches, etc.)

KAA-Tender Management

  • Drive the implementation of the pricing strategy and manage in-market prices for the whole portfolio of our products and build design strategy of pricing models which is critical in determining and influencing their business plans respectively.
  • Formulate and develop an in-depth pricing strategy by category and develop tools to measure the result for the KPIs set.
  • Evaluate in-depth market analysis for financial modeling and pricing impact and profitability analyses to support the development of pricing function across the region with appropriate pricing tools and processes.
  • Lead on overall Product and Portfolio Management, Promotions Management, Tender Pricing Project, rolling out Consumer Pricing Handbook, New Product Pricing Management, and control End of Life Cycle Pricing Management.
  • Lead a team and monitor the teamwork effectiveness by coaching, training, and directing to meet the corporate objective.

Digital, Data & Analytics

  • Provide strategies by collaborating with all our stakeholders to understand business challenges and desired business outcomes and extract actionable insights to innovate solutions through data-driven quantitative methodologies.
  • Lead team to create a culture of data driven decision making by embracing all strategies made by data proven.
  • Build and develop team as a data hub which foster the company to a faster response to any business challenges.

Commercial Business and Alliance Management

  • Develop and maintain relationship(s) with partner(s) in all solutions areas and manage to implement the agreed-on actions and activities from the business development agreement and alliance performance as per alliance metrics/measurement system.
  • Manage to provide the right resources and support including sales, promotional materials, and uphold the highest business and ethical standards consistent with our core values for partners.
  • Engage partners, regulatory team, supply chain team, and new product launch team to develop new product launching plans and brand plans in alignment with our strategy.
  • Identify best practices and systemic issues for future consideration in contract development and/or implementation and organize with the Institutional Business team and Market Access team for the public sector market.

New competencies

  • Build new competencies within the team or through new roles in pricing, Gross to Net and channel strategy and End to End management.

Managing Director Projects

  • Lead Managing Director Projects per assigned by Managing Director.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

Desired Experience/Education:

  • University Degree or above majoring in pharmacy or related fields preferably.
  • Possession of an MBA is an advantage.
  • A Minimum of 10 years of successful sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or related field, of which at least 5 years must be in a managerial position.

Professional Competencies Required:

  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies and resource plans.
  • Excellence in oral and written communication.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstration of the high level of coaching and counseling skills and high impact leadership abilities.
