We are looking for a passionate Manager, Loyalty & Digital Content to join our team and drive engagement through compelling digital content and loyalty program management. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent writing skills, and a deep understanding of customer loyalty strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Develop and execute content strategies to drive customer engagement across digital channels, including website, social media, email, and mobile app platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, relevant, and timely content that resonates with our loyalty audience.
  • Manage the company's loyalty program, including program design, member communications, rewards management, and performance analysis using our Paytronix loyalty software.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of content and loyalty initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and loyalty program management, and incorporate insights into strategy development.
  • Collaborates daily with all stakeholders including Marketing Teams, Culinary Teams, and People Practices teams for current happenings and upcoming initiatives across various cities.
  • Utilize a content management system to maintain up-to-date content for a new mobile application.
  • Maintain our online business listing presence across multiple markets.
  • Writing and formatting email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp & other email marketing software
  • Analyze and Develop content strategies for Email Marketing to increase user engagement
  • Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

  • Experience maintaining digital app CMS including but not limited to Contentful CMS or similar products.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and ability to manipulate and resize images for the web.
  • A passion for innovation, creativity, and out-of-box thinking.
  • Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to write creatively while maintaining brand standards for voice and persona.
  • A high bar of excellence and the ability to take feedback
  • Experience implementing successful digital strategies with a proven ability to utilize best practices and process improvements.
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and endurance are needed to multi-task across many projects with varying deadlines.
  • An ownership mentality with the ability to think independently, self-learn, and create and develop ideas that lead to positive change/improvements.
  • Must be able to accept changes readily, both in job responsibilities as well as work environment.
  • Ability to function well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • The use of discretion and the maintenance of high levels of confidentiality are absolutely required.
