We are seeking for experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at DHL IT Services. As a project manager is a professional who organizes, plans, and executes projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules. Project managers lead entire teams, define project goals, communicate with stakeholders, and see a project through to its closure.

Responsibilities:

• Planning: Developing project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Budgeting: Estimating project costs, managing the project budget, and tracking expenses.
• Team Management: Assembling and leading project teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
• Risk Management: Identifying and assessing potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing risk management plans.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking project progress, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Quality Control: Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and conducting quality assurance checks.
• Stakeholder Management: Identifying project stakeholders, managing their expectations, and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Change Management: Assessing and managing changes to project scope, schedule, and resources.
• Problem-solving: Identifying and resolving project issues and obstacles.
• Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, reports, and other relevant records.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, or engineering is often preferred.
• Sr. Project Manager with over 10+ years of experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
• Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery.
• Manage the day-to-day project activities and chairs the project management team meetings.
• Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall.
• Proficient project management experience with technical and domain specific business knowledge. 
• Proven ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing, and multicultural team. 
• Demonstrated people leadership capability to drive and motivate staff to meet project deliverables. 
• Proficient customer relationship and negotiation skills, in order to define project scope, time and quality requirements. 
• Strongly demonstrated leadership in project process and planning activities, strategic approach. 
• Proficient experience in preparation of project plans with appropriate budget and resource requirements. 
• Results-oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on excellence and high-quality project delivery. 
• Proficient experience in stakeholder and communication management.
