QuantCo is a fast-growing US-European Machine Learning company. We are looking for a part-time student to support our London team in managing the office.

We are looking for:

• A highly proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player who does not shy away from taking responsibility for complex and ambitious tasks.
• A hands-on, service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and great attention to detail (even for “minor tasks”).
• A student living in London and enrolled at a London university in the top 10% of their program.

You will:

• Be the first point of contact for our outstanding, smart, and fun colleagues.
• Work with the leadership team of our office to understand their needs and to improve the overall functioning of our London office.
• Suggest, develop, and help execute ideas to shape our office culture (events, office organisation, new policies, etc).
• Help to make our London office a great and comfortable workplace for everyone. 
• Manage office access for visiting colleagues, external clients/ guests, and delivery partners. 
• Set up a network of external vendors, suppliers, and service providers (food, IT, etc).
