Key Responsibilities
- Main contact for the entire Food & Beverage team
- Budgeting of the F&B departments
- Creation of forecasts
- Initialization of further development opportunities for the F&B departments and increased sales
- Close collaboration with the corporate office to further develop and manifest new ideas, partly in
cooperation with other hotels in the Kempinski chain
Competencies
- Completed training or studies in the food & beverage sector
- At least 2 years of professional experience as Assistant F&B
Manager
- Very high sense of responsibility and quality
- Open and friendly manner as well as an eye for detail
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written,
Latvian and Russian of benefit
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth
and
changing environment
- EU work eligible (passport)
