Key Responsibilities

  • Main contact for the entire Food & Beverage team
  • Budgeting of the F&B departments
  • Creation of forecasts
  • Initialization of further development opportunities for the F&B departments and increased sales
  • Close collaboration with the corporate office to further develop and manifest new ideas, partly in

cooperation with other hotels in the Kempinski chain

Competencies

  • Completed training or studies in the food & beverage sector
  • At least 2 years of professional experience as Assistant F&B

Manager 

  • Very high sense of responsibility and quality
  • Open and friendly manner as well as an eye for detail
  • Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written,

Latvian and Russian of benefit

  • Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth

and

changing environment

  • EU work eligible (passport)
