POSITION DETAILS
The Center for Puerto Rican Studies at Hunter College - CENTRO, is a university-based research institute whose mission is to produce, facilitate, and disseminate interdisciplinary research about the experiences of Puerto Ricans in the U.S. and to collect. preserve, and provide access to archival and library resources documenting the history and culture of Puerto Ricans. To complement these core activities, Centro sponsors a year-round program of educational and cultural activities.
About the Position
The Data Hub Research Specialist reports to the Director of Research Programs and is responsible for administering CENTRO's internal and external research projects. The Data Hub research specialist also provides data analysis and prepares and presents reports and other products. In addition, the Data Hub Research Specialist supervises or provides leadership to CENTRO's data hub staff including GIS Specialists, Data Analysts and Research Assistants.

Bachelor's Degree and four years' relevant experience required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary commensurate with education and experience ($52,267 - $70,238)
