NVIDIA is now looking for a Senior System Architect!

NVIDIA is hiring Senior System Architects to drive and scale its platform product portfolio to offer exciting solutions in the emerging Generative AI space in new segments. We are looking for special individuals with passion and desire to deliver innovative products and solutions deploying newer Platform and Systems Architectures. Together, we will build the next generation of life changing, immersive platforms to enhance man-machine interaction with AI and drive innovation in creation, collaboration and gaming. If you are a motivated individual that understands how systems and platforms are architected and built, have intimate knowledge about the existing ecosystems engagements and OEM-ODM development requirements, design enabling interactions, nuances of competitive customization and manufacturing cycles, this is your place to be.

What you'll be doing:

• Drive System architecture, helping teams to design, optimize and deliver best-in-class silicon products.
• Work with the Platform team to find ways for enhancing platform competitiveness.
• Engage with Platform Architects to select the best components and options from the ecosystem and collaborate with various Platform Ingredients owners to drive a roadmap of components and technologies fulfilling the proposed Platform Architecture.
• Work with platform enabling team to develop product/platform specifications for competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with internal and external designers to influence all Board Support Package and Reference Designs for a robust roll out working with application engineers and strategic customers in OEM/ODM landscape.
• Understanding client usage requirements, working closely with product and SoC architecture teams to ensure these are well documented, tracked, and realized in future products.

What we need to see:

• Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years and a proven track record in system/platform architecture and implementation.
• Extensive background in architecting client systems/platforms while engaging with silicon architects and customers. Have experience in camera, audio, vision and WiFi platform subsystems. Intimate knowledge of PCB design and thermals.
• Very familiar with large volume manufacturing cycles including SW / Drivers test and ECO release cycles. Having firmware/uefi/EC experience is a plus.
• Enjoy being hands on in leading engagements from a reference design to various Form Factor designs.
• Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills, you can work successfully with multi-functional teams, principles and architects and coordinate effectively across organizational boundaries and geographies.
