You are Solving or supporting 1st and 2nd level problems.

You provide technical guidance to the customers in the service/operations phase.

You are updated on the development of the offered services/products.

You perform well defined tasks, e.g. following up and supporting incidents, problems, changes, with cross country service teams. Testing, and documenting software, hardware components and documenting service description according to given customer solution specifications.

Able to understand customer service and support needs. Recommends solutions within own service framework.
