Overview of the role:

After sales service of Air-conditioners, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Cookers, Etc.

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

• Independently handle service calls of AC & Home appliance products
• Complete the service calls within the set time frame as per job allotted from service centre
• Maintain all the tools and equipment in perfect working condition
• Maintain high standard in providing quality service to the customers
• Higher proportion of job completion at site
• Correctly account for all the parts and materials consumed

Independently carry out maintenance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of Air-conditioners, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Cookers, Etc.

What equips you for the role:

• ITI or Diploma in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration
• 3-4 years’ experience in similar role
• Proven ability to achieve goals.
• Must be technically sound.
• Good Personality
• Good communication skills
• Excellent relationship skills
