About the Junior Management Program:

Junior Management Program (JUMP) is our unique graduate scheme, that aims to develop you into one of our leaders of tomorrow.

Over 3-years (permanent contract also beyond the program) your learning path will be sculptured by on-the-job industry experience with guidance from senior managers and mentors.

You’ll get to work across our commercial functions in a series of 2-3 placements and gain depth and breadth of knowledge and skills, exposure to industry experts as well as a holistic understanding of our business – an amazing chance to grow every day.

Your first placement will be in Order to Cash (OTC) TREE

As a Junior Customer Collaboration & OTC Analyst, you will be responsible for end to end order to cash processes and optimization of logistics operations for designated customers. You will cooperate closely with Business Development Managers, Finance, Logistics Operations or Warehouses. And don’t forget about our customers! This is global role which play an important role inside but also outside of our organization.

Main responsibilities:

  • Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets, supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer) and developing collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers
  • Work with the order fulfillment team to report on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
  • Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignment
  • Serve as a dedicated contact (business partner) for a defined set of customers for order management
  • Have regular direct contact with customers (supply chain or buying department) regarding logistics
  • Optimize order drop sizes and frequency in alignment with the customer to reduce outbound transportation costs

Your next placements will depend on your personal preferences and the current business need. The concrete position will be aligned closer to your rotation date but it will most likely be in Logistics (f.ex. Demand Planning, County fulfillment, Co-packing, PCM ) or in another logistic role where you will get the chance to broaden and enhance your skills-set and gain a holistic approach to Logistics and Operations field.

Education:

  • Graduate status (up to max. 1 year after graduation) & Students of last year (BA & MA)
  • University courses preferred: Management, Marketing, Economy

Job specific requirements:

  • First working experience in CS&L and with customers (FMCG industry preferred)
  • Customer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills
  • International and project experience preferred (students exchange; international projects)
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong focus on delivering productivities, service and KPIs
  • Team player, accountable, proactive thinking, flexibility
