Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt and efficient assistance.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery by addressing customer concerns professionally and courteously.
• Utilize excellent verbal communication skills in both Tamil and English to interact, connect, and effectively communicate with customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while resolving customer issues and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) qualification.
