Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide prompt and efficient assistance.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery by addressing customer concerns professionally and
  • courteously.
  • Utilize excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English to effectively connect and
  • communicate with customers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while resolving customer issues and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) qualification.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including 24*7 availability and rotational weekly offs.
