We are seeking a seasoned leader who understands end to end sales, lead generation, qualification and closer. He/she should be strategic and visionary for driving success for this growing team at Quantiphi. 

You will lead a team of Inside Sales Managers and inside sales reps, responsible for discovering, developing, and delivering qualified prospects and taking them down the funnel. Individual reps focus on driving sales campaigns, through both cold-calling and email. Their main objective is to book qualified appointments and demonstrations for sales. 

You will lead all the discussion and will coach, mentor, and motivate your team to help them generate new revenue opportunities and leads for our organization. You will be data obsessed and think about ROI of every effort from your team. You will report on the success/challenges of the team based on data. 

Also, will help IS team hone their understanding of their ideal customer profile and identify the right prospects likely to be interested in our services using customer intelligence tools. Need to work with team to support ABM campaigns with Inside Sales outreaches.

We are seeking a proven leader to direct the efforts that support Quantiphi’s global sales initiatives, and support the GTM team with a steady inflow of funnel for them to be able to achieve targets. He/She should have experience in managing a team who delivers targets and quotas as well as a strong understanding of the project management and workflow attached with Sales processes. Cross-functional experience is necessary as you will interface with multiple teams such as GTM/Marketing/Sales enablement/Sales Ops/. This role is a highly visible and strategic position within Quantiphi. The individual will be responsible for managing projects across marketing, and partner teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the end to end pipeline
  • Comfortable directing a team with targets and quotas on a 30/60/90/365 days perspective and should have an excellent track record in helping your team achieve the numbers /targets.
  • Experience in running cadences/weekly sync ups with GTM teams and other stakeholders to be able to calibrate on performance and expectations.
  • Lead the effort to partner with marketing to ensure cohesion in prospect outreach and have visibility into all program efforts.
  • Strategize, plan, delegate and execute sales campaigns in alignment with business goals
  • Find new opportunities through cold calling, networking, existing accounts, and social media.
  • Identify organizations/Lines of Business and their key decision-makers in need of analytics & digital transformation services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle any queries or complaints made by customers.
  • Participate and attend industry-wide events, exhibitions, and conferences to represent the company.
  • Set up meetings with leads and potential clients and successfully close business opportunities.
  • Prepare and showcase relevant presentations and proposals on our services to potential leads.
  • Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and vendors.
  • Regularly gather feedback from customers and share it with the team.
  • Working closely with the marketing for preparing collaterals in order to augment the sales efforts
  • Assist the sales process in a consultative fashion, and work with consulting/delivery teams to move leads from qualified opportunities to new business contracts.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven record of leading, mentoring, onboarding and driving an inside sales team in a B2B environment.
  • You must be an inspiring leader who can coach, mentor and empower your global inside sales team.
  • Assist in the hiring, training and onboarding of all new inside sales team members.
  • You must be self-motivated and a driven but compassionate leader.
  • Outstanding content writing skills, excellent email communication, and verbal communication skills
  • Superior understanding of the sales process and lead nurturing.
  • Superior skills in managing and reporting on KPIs for the inside sales team.
  • Good grasp of content creation surrounding outreach campaigns, sales pitch script, email communication.
  • Proven track record of working with and achieving targets regularly.
  • Previous experience (5-7 years) in Inside Sales management is a must.
  • Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude with customers and empathetic towards their needs.
  • Understand all aspects related to sales and marketing, specifically client-vendor relationships, lead management.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, in delivering results.
  • Expertise in the use of G suite tools to report on progress.
  • Working with recent tech developments and tools are must.
  • You will facilitate all the discussion and will train, coach, mentor, and motivate Inside sale team.
  • Project management skills: Ability to meticulously plan and execute campaigns and activities.

Educational Qualification(s):

  • A Bachelor's- degree is expected, candidates with an MBA/Masters will be preferred.
  • With the right kind of experience, we are open to considering alternate educational backgrounds.
