Job Description

Are you ready to make waves in the world of advertising? We are seeking a talented and passionate Intermediate Copywriter to join our dynamic team and work alongside an Art Director. As an Intermediate Creative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advertising by generating original concepts and campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results.

What will you be doing

Contribute to Creative Excellence:

  • Generate innovative concepts and campaigns that captivate and entertain audiences.
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance the effectiveness of client products.
  • Understand and connect with consumers' mindset to create impactful campaigns.
  • Develop creative ideas across various mediums including social, online, TV, print, radio, cinema and outdoor.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and understanding new media channels.

Manage the Production Process:

  • Maintain high production standards throughout the creative process.
  • Select appropriate production partners and talent to maximize the impact of campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest production techniques and industry trends.
  • Ensure productions meet client deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Excel at time management, thrive under pressure, and maintain perspective in fast-paced environments.

Present and Sell the Creative Work:

  • Confidently and persuasively present creative concepts to clients.
  • Infuse energy and passion into every presentation.
  • Articulate and defend creative decisions with integrity and conviction.

Leadership:

  • Earn and retain clients' respect through consistent delivery of exceptional work.
  • Embrace collaboration and value the contributions of team members.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to nurture the talents of others.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven copywriting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce award-winning campaigns.
  • Impressive portfolio showcasing creativity and strategic planning prowess.
