Position Summary

Works closely with the Executive Director, National SNP Sales Strategy, in the creation, refinement and delivery of local, regional and national concepts, programs and projects to optimize SNP sales and membership growth.

  • Creates and owns the annual SNP sales plan with collaborative contributions from all relevant departments in the organization.
  • Challenges status quo with a foundation of knowledge, experiences, best practices and logical improvements to continue evolution of growth in sales and membership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across all sales channels -- both internal and external -- and related departments.
  • Ensures that all SNP sales strategies and contributions remain on task, updated, completed and fully-communicated across the organization.
  • Is a well-rounded SNP subject-matter-expert in sales, distribution, marketing and Medicaid/Medicare processes, contributing holistic support to any recommendation.
  • Holds a national or broad regional view of SNP sales, based on prior experience in similar capacity, with ability to contribute strategy, best practices and framework delivery that will support long-term sales and membership growth.
  • Demonstrates leadership through a solutions orientation, ability to effectively prioritize, powerful collaboration and committed communication across team, departments, organization and external partners.
  • Brings strong presence and ability to work across sales, enrollment, DSNP Program Office, marketing and other key departments critical to growth.
  • Is a strong presenter who can create, synthesize and deliver key data-driven concepts and supporting messages across multiple parts of a highly matrixed organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills to apply data, analytics and presentation skills for executive level delivery.
  • Understands the complexities of a health system in addition to Medicare/SNP/LIS and Part D.
  • Has the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment with little supervision.
  • Goal oriented and a results driven individual.
  • Able to work in tandem with internal partners such as: Marketing, Compliance, Regional Sales Directors, National Sales Directors , Medicare VPs, Stars team, Medicaid team and various other departments as needed.
  • An individual that is able to articulate the mission and the vision of the DSNP segment within Aetna/CVSH.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$100,000.00 - $231,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
