We are currently seeking an Account Manager- focusing on Digital Signage and DVLED sales. The Digital Signage sales professional will develop & manage major named accounts within the Hospitality Industry (Hotel, Cruise, Healthcare, Fitness). In addition, you will be responsible for cultivating new business, qualifying & closing major sales opportunities. Manage existing and develop/maintain new executive-level relationships with End-Users, distributors & resellers. This is a Field/Home Office based role. 

The oportunity 

You will develop an account acquisition plan, targeting hotels, fitness facilities, hospitals and convention spaces, collaborating with specifier teams, and managing sales pipelines. The candidate will serve as a DVLED/signage sales expert, travel to drive business growth, and target reseller networks. Key objectives include expanding LG Electronics' Signage/DVLED digital signage market share in hospitality, engaging prospective clients, creating ROI strategies, meeting revenue targets, and staying updated on market trends. Administrative tasks and coordination with internal teams are also part of the role.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Develop solution sales strategies to expand the LG Electronics digital signage market share within a set of named key accounts.
  • Achieve and/or exceed sales quotas by calling on large accounts and related business activities for current and prospective accounts
  • Execute and develop NEW End User account acquisition sales strategy and monitor account performance. Review performance data with customers to influence buying and promotional partnership. Reporting back to sales management.
  • Pursue Reseller Partners that specialize in Signage/DVLED sales to generate sales and improve market share.
  • Collaborate with internal product marketing on all aspects of strategy, planning, developing, executing and communicating roadmaps that will grow the business at the account
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the market in order to provide account market analytics with actionable intelligence to sales management on a regular basis.
  • Customer facing professional at industry and account events industry and account events that generate sales leads/opportunities, builds on the brand reputation and provides expert education to deepen existing relationships.
  • Provide brand and product knowledge through formal and informal product training, review of product, expand offerings, plan effective forecasts, and support the delivery of product.
  • Collaboration with outside business development team and handle administrative tasks with support from Inside Sales Team
  • Must be able to instill and demonstrate a strong acquisition mindset.
  • Travel=up to 60%

To Be Successful You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree is required in a technical subject or equivalent work experience, MBA Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in working with end users in the digital signage monitors and DVLED.
  • Experience in both working for a top tier display manufacturer and / or integrator.
  • Significant sales engagement experience in selling at both the integrator and end user level.
  • Ability to foster great relationships with Resellers, Channel and end-customers. 
  • Excellent communication skills and Presentation skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of project and product specifications
  • Initiative and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven technical skills and customer facing sales capabilities.
  • Knowledge and Experience with all MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and Experience with Salesforce

Base Pay Range: $ 105,000- $125,000 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed
