Job Description:
As a Software AG Senior Consultant, you will leverage your extensive experience and deep knowledge of Software AG products to provide strategic guidance to clients, lead high-impact consulting engagements, and drive innovation within the organization. You will work closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives, design transformative solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of Software AG technologies. This role demands exceptional technical expertise, strategic thinking, leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Extensive, senior-level experience working with Software AG products and solutions, typically ranging from 10 years or more.
- Master in understanding of Software AG ADABAS & NATURAL platforms.
- Proven experience as a DBA, minimum 5-years hands on experience.
- Proven experience in installing/upgrading Software AG ADABAS & NATURAL product suite.
- Exceptional expertise in rehosting projects from Main Frame to Linux
- Proven leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise with programming languages like Natural, Java, JavaScript, or Python is a plus.
- Expertise with the process of converting Cobol to Natural codes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide direction, guidance and mentoring to the technical team and consultants.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Certifications in Software AG products are highly advantageous.

Technical Mastery:
- Demonstrate unparalleled expertise in Software AG products, including webMethods, ARIS, and Adabas, and leverage this knowledge to develop advanced, customized solutions and address the most intricate technical challenges.
Development and Customization:
- Lead or contribute to the development and customization of Software AG solutions to address complex client requirements.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, performance, and security in implemented solutions through comprehensive testing, validation, and compliance with industry standards.
Training and Knowledge Transfer:
- Conduct advanced training sessions for clients and team members, facilitating the transfer of knowledge and promoting advanced best practices.
Problem Resolution:
- Tackle the most challenging and complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions and troubleshooting with exceptional skill and efficiency.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, configurations, and advanced best practices, ensuring knowledge preservation.
