Key Responsibilities

• Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
• Gathering & analysis of customers’ business and technical systems and applications to meet changing needs and requirements
• Gap analysis and recommendations
• Work with business team to write functional design specifications
• Design customizations, and manage progress of developments
• Participate in configuration, testing, installation, deployment and post go-life support
• Prepare and execute training for business users after implementations or changes
• Coordinate with support team and consulting vendors

Position Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Management & Information System, Software Engineering or other related major will be preferred
• At least 3 years experiences in supporting and implementing or supporting application systems
• Good functional knowledge of Business Software (ERP, MES)
• Proficient in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Projects)
• Strong English language abilities are preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills
• High professional & personal integrity with very high ethical standards
• Analytical skills & attention to details
• Uphold strong focus on planning for achieving results
• Passion to continually learn & acquire business, technical & application related skills
• Good team player, with strong ability to work closely with internal and external people
