As HR Global Reporting & Analytics Expert you will be responsible for the HR Reporting process by providing cross-divisional analytical and decision support services, including advanced reporting, workforce data analysis, and data management. You combine internal and external data sources leveraging DSM-Firmenich technology platforms and partnering with internal functions to deliver integrated insights to Executives and key Stakeholders

Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring Global Reporting excellence by executing data analytics and performing relevant analysis as part of a data-driven Strategy. This includes driving tactical and operational continuous improvements based on deep-dive analytics and specific quality checks using data-driven solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Responsible to design, implement and execute global HR data metrics and dashboards to stakeholders
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports & requests to provide insights to facilitate informed decision-making
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic planning 
  • Prepare executive presentations to report & translate HR data and analytics to promote a data-driven decision-making culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements, share insights, and address issues, fostering continuous improvement and effectiveness

You bring

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, or 3-5 years of comparable experience required
  • Experience in data interpretation (ideally within HR area) to extract insights and recommendations to present with advanced visualization techniques. 
  • Effective communication (written and oral) & Stakeholder management, change management. 
  • General knowledge of HR processes from working experience in/or supporting HR. 
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, Power Point and Power Bl; Tableau, SQL would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of HR technology (Success Factors desirable) and SAP would be beneficial
