The HR Global Data Management & Reporting will be responsible for the HR Data framework to ensure process robustness and highest data quality levels to support BU’s/BPs to make data driven decisions regarding people and to optimize HR performance bringing Speed, Simplicity and Employee Experience. The role will ensure excellence in HR Data Foundations and create business value through discovery and availability of trustworthy data, in a variety of business processes and knowledge domains.

Your key responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of HR Data from various systems and sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, consistency, and completeness of HR data across all systems.
  • Responsible for the management of the People & HR Data Governance (Data Definitions, Data Collection, Data Mapping, Data Rules, Data integration, Maintenance of Metadata in Data Catalogue, Data maintenance, etc.) deploying all Group Data standards, security policies and procedures within the HR function.
  • Manage Data Quality Council / steering committee, contribute to data governance initiatives, raise data quality awareness inside HR function, manage and animate Data Governance community and train & support data stewards. 
  • Liaise when needed with IS for data architecture, data engineering, data integration, data governance, HR data analytics topics 
  • Manage HR data improvement initiatives, from scoping to implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality deliverables. 
  • Support the implementation of People & HR Data Analytics and Reporting strategy if needed

You bring

  • Experience of at least 3-5 years in working with complex data driven initiatives, ideally within the HR area with a good understanding of HR processes, metrics, systems, data and reports and familiar with Data management and data controls & standards. Project Management skills to pilot data related initiatives.
  • Data driven mindset with high level of quality standards and strong detailed orientation.
  • Collaboration, effective communication & Stakeholder management, change management.
  • Able to connect the dots and be the bridge between End users and technical teams. Work with cross-functional teams in Finance, IS, BU/BPs, HR teams
  • Methodic approach towards analysis. Multitasking skills, Critical thinking, analytical mindset to identify improvements by bringing insightful data
  • Strong understanding of Data Analytics (i.e. People & HR) to bring visibility and insights improving effectiveness
