The HR Global Data Management & Reporting will be responsible for the HR Data framework to ensure process robustness and highest data quality levels to support BU’s/BPs to make data driven decisions regarding people and to optimize HR performance bringing Speed, Simplicity and Employee Experience. The role will ensure excellence in HR Data Foundations and create business value through discovery and availability of trustworthy data, in a variety of business processes and knowledge domains.
