Marketing Ops (mOPS) help and support our Marketing Funnel analytics.

This role will report to the manager of DataOps, and will be responsible for managing and enhancing our analytical funnel. The ideal candidate will think logically to solve challenges, proactively identify areas of improvement, and support the marketing team in GTM execution. 

Core competencies will include:

Analyze the Marketing Funnel, top-down and bottom up with a core understanding of the process from creation to close.

Utilize core systems to create insights regarding marketing and pipeline activity.

Develop insights around buying trends at account and individual level.

Be cognizant of any potential data inconsistencies or issues and work proactively to address them.

Contribute to and execute operational strategy. Know who to loop in from what team, how to effectively communicate information, and how to create a seamless experience for our stakeholders and internal customers.

Understand how data flows through the systems to enable effective understanding of the data.

Secure a core understanding of the various operations within marketing to improve the level of insights to be offered.

Preparing reports for various stakeholders within and beyond Marketing

Support the annual planning process.

Background Requirements:

4+ years of experience in a similar role

Experience with Salesforce, and Eloqua (or Marketo)

MS Excel Expert and SQL experience a benefit.

Excellent presentation abilities and abilities to clearly articulate complex concepts

Experience with MSFT BI and/or Tableau.

Meticulous attention to detail – impact of small changes

Desire to work cross functional and collaboratively.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical and data-driven approach to marketing

An idea-generator: someone who will constantly be working to improve our systems and better support the marketing and sales teams.
