The Opportunity:

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Public Relations team as a part time Digital Marketing Specialist! 

Responsibilities

• Support the hotel’s digital content strategy and manages all property social media channels, creating relevant and engaging content and increasing follower engagement.
• Ensures the hotel’s web and Mobile App presence is aligned with the Hotel’s positioning and business objectives and where possible links to other FS content channels.
• Supports the Director of Public Relations, developing promotional and marketing activities and calendars to feed relevant owned channels so as to stimulate revenue opportunities.
• Manage the acquisition and maintenance of the Hotel email database.
• Works to develop content and manage deployment of the e-newsletter program and EDM’s for Hotel ensuring regular timely distribution to appropriate and relevant guest channels.
• Assist PRD in the build out and maintenance of the website, creating content to support marketing strategies.
• Coordinates and supervises photo and video shoots by media.
• Conducts site inspections for Press.
• Entertains all visiting media, manages their visit and agenda.
• Leads and manages special projects and events.
• Manages on-site marketing collateral.
• Acts as Four Seasons brand ambassador at all times.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Hospitality, Digital Marketing, Communications or relevant field.
• Possesses photography and videography skills for social media purposes.
• At least three years related working experience in luxury hotels.
• Excellent English language skills, with an ability to write and speak effectively.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced technical skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point.
• Works independently, is self-motivated and proactive in taking on new tasks.
• Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and has a keen sense of follow-up.
• Is able to work on multiple projects on deadline.
