Position:

To promote the FENDI brand awareness through the implementation of effective marketing and communications programs, specifically Events and Media, in Singapore, Malaysia, and supporting other SEA markets.

Together with the Marketing & Communication Director, SEA and Australia strategize the brand development and initiatives, aligning with merchandising and retail under global brand guidelines and parameters.

Profile:

Marketing:

  • Responsibility for marketing and communications activities within SEA
  • Preparation of proposals and budgeting for all events
  • Overall marketing budget management
  • Inter-department collaborations with merchandising team, retail teams and Omni-channel teams.
  • Keep abreast of competitor communications strategies and track their activities in the market.

PR:

  • Establish and strengthen partnerships and connection with SEA Key Press and stakeholders
  • Develop and activate KOL communications strategy including celebrity and KOL management
  • Negotiation and planning of media partnerships to communicate brand stories and messages
  • Sample buy and inventory management
  • Regular weekly collaboration with APAC team on daily, weekly, monthly campaign reports

Event Management:

  • Plan & execute product launches, PR and in-store events in line with the brand guidelines and objectives

Media:

  • Cooperate with SEA media agencies to plan and manage print and outdoor advertising
  • Explore new print and OOH opportunities
  • Media budget management
  • Work closely with Merchandising & Visual Merchandising teams for new product launches.
  • Support Manager in handling all client queries and complaints in media.

Additional information:

REQUIREMENTS

Relevant Experience and Training:

  • Degree holder in marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing
  • Related industry experience (Luxury fashion) preferred

Relevant Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail, and good analytical skills
  • Experience in Media, Digital and Events Management a plus
  • Pro-active, creative and willing to think "outside the box" and results oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Presentable, with good personal attitude.
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English
  • Strong skills in Microsoft office especially Excel and PowerPoint
