Job Description:

We are in search of a seasoned Analytics Manager to lead our dynamic data analytics team. With a minimum of 6 years of experience in analytics, the ideal candidate will possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise in extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Take the helm in guiding and nurturing a team of talented data analysts, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
• Devise and execute analytics strategies that align with our business objectives, driving growth and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify critical business questions and translate them into impactful analytics projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end process of data collection, processing, and analysis, employing cutting-edge techniques to uncover valuable insights.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in analytics processes, tools, and methodologies, striving for operational excellence.
• Present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a compelling and digestible manner.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data science, infusing innovation into our approach.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.
• Possess a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, with at least 4+ years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
• Showcase a proven track record of successfully leading analytics projects from inception to implementation, driving tangible business outcomes.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Display strong problem-solving acumen and an unwavering attention to detail.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adept at managing multiple priorities with finesse.

Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York City, NY, is expected to be between $170,000 and $190,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
