What do we expect from you?

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communication
  • Native Czech or Slovak, Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Very good organizational and planning abilities
  • Very good writing skills 
  • Understanding the model of running digital marketing campaigns
  • Open-minded approach and willingness learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to develop communication strategy, define channels of communication that enhance the customer journey and support brand development
  • As a plus experience in utilizing digital marketing tools, social media platform

Your key tasks

  • Develop and implement an integrated multi - channel content and communication strategy for the region of Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, focusing on message development and communication activities for target segments, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate with the sales department to understand business objectives and propose the communication channels to support sales and business growth;
  • Work closely with other members of cluster marketing teams across the organization to drive brand awareness
  • Main activities: Carrying on the localization of content in different channels (website editing, emailing, social media), create or optimize the impactful content with business priorities focus, implement local marketing campaigns chosen based on global campaigns, write and/or translate, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns, executions of local events for Customers (offline and online), co-ordinating the translation process with an agency, co-operation of advertisements with cluster digital marketing team,
  • Manage marcom activities calendar and marketing budget
