As the Transfer of Knowledge Manager, you will play a crucial role in harnessing and disseminating valuable insights gained from each Olympic and Paralympic Games, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous improvement in our hospitality projects. Working collaboratively with various functional areas, you will be responsible for developing and evolving a comprehensive playbook that serves as a reference guide for future events. This role requires a deep understanding of the intricacies of the Olympics, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional teams to identify key learnings and best practices from each phase of the Olympic and Paralympic project.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive playbook detailing event-specific strategies, operational procedures, and hospitality protocols.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to ensure the transfer of critical insights and lessons learned.
  • Work closely with project managers to implement improvements based on past experiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and changes in the sport and hospitality landscape.

You Have These

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Olympics or major sporting events.
  • In-depth knowledge of event operations and the intricacies of hospitality management.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English.

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Previous experience working across multiple Olympic and Paralympic Games.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, especially French, and Italian.
  • Experience with event technology, data analysis tools and content management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Adaptability to dynamic work environments.

Travel:

Ability to travel to Milan.

Working Conditions: 

  • Fixed term contract – Paris
