THE ROLE

As a John Varvatos Wholesale Assistant, you play a pivotal role in supporting the wholesale team throughout the sales process. This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for the fashion industry.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of wholesale accounts.
• Communicating with buyers and accounts to process orders and address inquiries.
• Preparing and distributing sales reports and analysis.
• Assisting in the coordination of sales meetings and market appointments.
• Supporting the wholesale team in showroom set-up and merchandising efforts.
• Collaborating with the marketing team on promotional initiatives and sales events.
• Monitoring inventory levels and assisting in the management of product assortments.
• Providing exceptional customer service to wholesale clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of menswear fashion trends and luxury brands.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in wholesale or sales support, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google, and CRM software

Pay Range in New York, NY:

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base Salary:

$26.00/hr - $28.00/hr
