We are now looking for a product-oriented team lead with excellent people management skills to join our M3 Sales application development team.
The team lead is a hybrid role, combining the business analyst or software engineering role with managerial and HR responsibilities.
As team lead for a smaller group of developers, you will be key in setting expectations, supporting competence growth, and ensuring smooth operations and collaboration. Empowering the team in reaching their individual and overall goals. You will be part of the leadership team for M3 BE Sales Application. The sales application covers the complete process from sales to delivery and invoicing, key customer processes in our industry leading Java-based Cloud-Ready ERP product.
Based in our Linköping office, you will work in a talented team in an international environment. The team holds a broad range of competences, from application experts to associate product developers. Our development approach is team-centric, so you will adopt agile work methods with great focus on cooperation.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
o Oversee day-to-day operation.
o Setting clear individual responsibilities and goals
o Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
o Salary revision process
o Discover training needs and provide coaching.
o Recruits, interviews, hires, and onboarding of new team members.
o Suggest and organize team building activities.
o Listen to team member’s feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
o Technical analysis, design, and implementation of new functionality
o Problem solving, troubleshooting of incidents, and defect correction using Java.
o Develop test automation script using Java.
o Continuous learning.
o Initiate and lead product meetings.
