Team overview and job responsibilities:
We are looking for the experienced Non Raw Materials Manager who is responsible for all Non Raw Material Commodities within the North Europe region, balancing local strategies with centrally and regional coordinated actions.
The activities must be performed in strict cooperation with both Prysmian Head Quarter purchasing and North Europe organization, fitting Purchasing strategy into the project / contract flow and timeline and supporting project delivery.
NRM manager is also responsible for deploying at local level the purchasing organizational structure enforcing the importance of commodity approach at regional level rather than country-based approach.
Regional Head of NRM supervise the whole NRM Purchasing flow for the region: from Sourcing to Procurement, using the necessary technicality (i.e. SAP flow) to correctly set the Procurement to Payment flow with a variable involvement level on the basis of both team and commodity maturity. From time to time he/she is also responsible for training new team members on specific NRM commodities following the guidelines coming from Central HQ.
Ultimately the regional manager of NRM is responsible for the overall performance of the Region in terms of both Recurring and Spot actions, and such performance shall be properly registered on the NRM reporting dashboard on a monthly basis.
