JFrog is looking for a collaborative and experienced Program Manager to join our CTO office team and make an impact on how the company operates while taking the next leap with us as part of the company that is shaping the future of DevOps.

As a Program Manager, you will have full responsibility for planning and managing the CTO office initiatives. This includes managing special projects, reporting on timelines, bringing together stakeholders, collaborating across the organization, creating an agenda, and driving the implementation.

As a Program Manager at JFrog you will… 

  • Work closely with the CTO and CTO staff, managing all programs and initiatives scope
  • Define the project plans, task assignments, and project timelines
  • Lead strategic projects and action plans with other parts of the organization
  • Be a central player in developing the procedures, and determining how to manage our cross teams programs
  • Develop partnerships, align expectations, and ensure a high level of execution

To be a Program Manager at JFrog you need…

  • 5+ years of experience with proven Program Management (Leading cross-company initiatives in R&D-oriented companies) and Agile methodologies at scale
  • Experience leading large-scale organizational changes, and working both with engineers and non-engineers to drive results 
  • Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical background, with a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, within a DevOps line of products - an advantage
  • Holds a B.A./M.A 
  • Able to put together a project from scratch and lead it to the end
  • Multitasker, organized, detailed oriented 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
